These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OhMontessori (the "Service"), available at this website. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
OhMontessori is operated by Hubert Wilga, a private individual based in Poland ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hubert.wila@gmail.com.
OhMontessori is a web application for generating printable Montessori-style teaching materials (3-part cards, punching cards, stick puzzles, cutting practice sheets, clip cards, and scientific cards). The Stick Puzzles tool is free to use, with or without an account. The other tools require an account and an active subscription.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to create an account.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout) until cancelled. Payment processing and billing are handled by Paddle, our reseller/Merchant of Record — Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, issues your invoice/receipt, and handles applicable tax. Paddle's own terms (shown at checkout) also apply to your purchase.
You can view and manage your subscription, including cancelling future renewals or updating your payment method, from the "Manage subscription" link on your account page, which opens a Paddle-hosted portal.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to bypass access controls or the subscription gate; resell or redistribute access to the Service; or upload content you don't have the rights to use. Materials you generate are for your own personal, educational, or classroom use.
Images you upload to generate printable materials are processed to create your printable sheet and are not used for any other purpose. You retain all rights to images you upload.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable Polish or EU consumer law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice where practical.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
